When Mullins is getting Ashburn drunk in the bar, Ashburn gets the palm of her right hand cut when the glass with her beer in it breaks. The next morning Ashburn wakes up and her hand is bandaged. After her car blows up, the bandage on her hand disappears and we don't see a mark on her hand for the rest of the movie.
