Most fire sprinkler heads contain a temperature sensitive glass bulb that bursts, allowing water to flow through. When Terry Griffith places toilet paper in the fire sprinkler, it is obvious that the glass bulb is missing. The sprinkler head could not possibly sense heat and be triggered.
