Water that falls in the bulldozer scoop disappears later. This is because Val lowers the scoop right after Rhonda climbs out of it (the scoop is seen in its lowered state when bulldozer starts moving again) and all the water gets out. In any case, the amount of water that entered the scoop was very small to begin with.
