After Jasmine finds out that Prince Ali is the boy from the market, she is angry with him for lying to her and demands that he tell her the truth. She doesn't say anything about him being arrested and Jafar telling her that he had the boy beheaded. One would think that would be the first thing she would have asked him about.
However, Jasmine clearly has deep contempt for Jafar so she might have figured out that he lied to her and didn't care why he did.
