The F-22 Raptor that the Hulk gets stuck on seems to reach escape velocity and drift away into space when the Hulk passes out from lack of oxygen, although whether it's just sloppy editing is hard to tell. An F-22 couldn't come close to that altitude before its engines would stall without oxygen, let alone go fast enough in a vertical climb to reach space.
