Ray tells Phoebe that the old Ghostbusters' HQ has been turned into a Starbucks. Later, Winston tells Ecto-1 that he will take her home and get her fixed. In the after credits scene, Ecto-1 drives back into NYC, and Winston opens the doors to the old HQ with the original containment unit flashing. It's possible that Ray is out of the loop, and hasn't been by the old HQ.
