At the very end, as Vincent's lifeless body is floating through space, her hair is fluttering in the breeze. Although space is a vacuum, a huge amount of atmosphere from the ship is being vented, which would create enough of a "breeze" to flutter her hair. Furthermore, any latent vibrations or rotations in her body would provide enough kinetic energy to flutter her hair, as seen in the US flag from the Apollo moon landing.
