(at around 1h 20 mins) When Windows takes a blood sample from Nauls, he clearly gets Nauls' blood on his fingers. If he was that sloppy with all the samples he took, then depending on the order he took them in (Nauls being last besides himself, that means he went right to left with Palmer likely being first) he potentially infected everyone still alive except for MacReady.
