It is highly unlikely INTERPOL would be brought in to investigate Derek and Clif's crimes regarding the blood bank/ambulance incident. The simple fact a foreign national commits a crime doesn't mean the international police are needed. If anything, INTERPOL might help liaise with the Canadian government regarding the men's prior criminal history, but they wouldn't take the active role of serving arrest warrants.
