When Jack Hall is giving his presentation to the conference near the beginning of the movie, there's a graphic on a screen behind him showing ocean current flow. But the flow is in the wrong direction; In the graphic, the Gulf Stream is shown flowing south; the Gulf Stream flows north, not south.
