Aarfa collects Sultan's blood in the beginning of the film, now since the blood group was rare and it was also later revealed that in the Rewadi district no one had O-ve when they were searching for this blood group in the Rewadi district for Sultan's child, therefore the previously collected blood could have been used to save Sultan's child.
