Towards the end of the music, General Holt is introducing the school choir, who assembles to his right. Olivia directs the lit Christmas trees to be dimmed and the overhead lights on to shower the choir. When General Holt finishes his introduction and the camera shows the choir, the Christmas trees are lit and the overhead lights are turned on to shower the choir (which had already both been done, as stated).
