(at around 2h 15 mins) After the attack on Pearl Harbor, Danny and Rafe are seen boarding a C-47 transport which is to take them to their destination where they will train for the top secret mission. The C-47 used clearly has a radar dome mounted in the nose. C-47s of this type did not exist in that time frame.
