Dean Wormer makes an unannounced visit to the Delta House, catching them in the act of drinking alcohol, and informs them that they're on double-secret probation. This seems odd that he would take this approach, since most fraternity and sorority houses are privately owned instead of university owned, and most are located off campus. Realistically a dean might call the members to his or her office to conduct disciplinary action instead.
