Lymangood's hands are zip-tied behind his back while being chased by the car. After he's run over and sprawls out on the pavement his hands are clearly free and apart. But when the EMTs are putting him in the body bag, his hands are again tied together. Not only that, but after he is run down his corpse is flat on its stomach. When the EMT's pick him up, his body is laying on its side.
