When Frank takes Fletcher on the small motorboat, he doesn't even put a life preserver on him. This is more than odd, its a real mistake. Rachel had said that "Fletcher isn't a very good swimmer". Besides, he is a young boy (about 10 years old). This is clearly a mistake.
