A glaring continuity error happens when Trautman first meets Will Teasle at his field headquarters tent. Trautman informs Teasle that Rambo is trained to kill using a variety of methods. Immediately after Trautman says "Rambo was the best.", Teasle is suddenly wearing a sheepskin coat, yet there does not appear to be any break in the dialogue.
