When Bond, Q, and M are discussing the rare orchid the map of Brazil shows central Brazil. However, when Bond is shown on the river being chased by the bad guys, his boat ends up going over Iguaçu Falls. These falls are in southern Brazil, which is about 1000 miles from where Bond is supposed to be.
