(at around 2h 30 mins) A locomotive shown in the industrialized areas of Tokyo during the Doolittle raid is obviously of a considerably wider gauge than that of the generally narrow gauge railways of Japan during WW2. Some tram lines around Tokyo with only passenger services had the 1372 mm (4 ft 6 in) gauge back in 1941 but the goods of the industries would have been transported on the standard 1067 mm (3 ft 6 in) gauge. When compared with the height of the two workers running along the locomotive it is probable that the track is one of standard 1435 mm (4 ft 8,5 in) and that it is shot somewhere in America.
