The Bride is lying on the back seat in Buck's car and on some moment she is stretching out to reach the truck door to close it. The distance she has to cover with only her upper body in order to reach an open door means she would have to take her legs off the seat. In the next shot, though, it is revealed that she did not move her legs at all.
