Nicholas dubs some blood on his hand when he cuts himself on the broken mirror in the sink, there is a ton of blood, and he only dabs at it a little bit and doesn't wrap it up yet his hand seems to be fine which goes to the next scene of him driving his car without any sign of a band aid or wrap around his hand.
