When all the people are in the wet-wall and Trinity pulls Neo and they all fall. They drop to the bottom and there is dust and debris everywhere. But through the dust you can see Trinity (or her stunt-double) come down and be pulled back up, like she was on a bungee cord or something. Her back arches and you can see the "bounce" as she is pulled back up.
