After Col. Jessup finishes his testimony, the judge instructs the jury to move to an anteroom and wait for further instructions. The bailiff then yells "all rise" as the jury gets up and leaves the courtroom. All rise is used when the judge enters and leaves the courtroom. Court was not adjourned and the judge was still seated.
