When Lock (Ryan Reynolds) is holding up the piece of paper around the 14min 30 second mark, in the diner scene, there is a close up of a piece of paper he holds. His fingers are under the text in the top left, which explains what CT17 is as he speaks. In the next shot his fingers have moved up and are covering the text.
