at 4:17, Zain is shown being handcuffed behind his back and taken to court. Arriving in the court house, at 5:22, still handcuffed, he manages to scratch his face which would of course be impossible to do.
A few seconds later, the judge asks that the handcuffs be removed, they were therefore definitely meant to be on a few seconds before.
