When Ian and Falicia are parked next to the 'shoe tree' Falicia is "apparently" wearing no top, as she is shot from just above her cleavage. This is to imply that she's top-free, and wants Ian to take off his clothes as well. When she gets out of the car, after Ian removes his shoes, she is wearing a red tank-top, tied halter-style around her neck. She had no time to put the top on, or pull it back up, before they emerge from the car, and the halter tie would have been seen had she been wearing it.
