(at around 1h 10 mins) During the discussion when they're asking Tina what went on while she was in the tunnels, there are several shots where you clearly see that Tina's right hand covered in blood. When they cut the same hand to see if she's infected, however, the close up of her hand shows it's slightly dirty but without a trace of blood.
