In the Ryan/Dallas helicopter transfer aftermath scene, after talking to Ryan, Mancuso goes up a ladder (stairs) to go to Control. Ryan is sitting on the deck (still soaking wet) near the escape trunk he arrived through. Escape trunks are on the TOP of the pressure hull, so the deck Ryan was sitting on had to be an upper level deck. There are no ladders (stairs) going up from an upper level deck.
