At the end of the scene where Jason Bourne is targeting Pamela Landy with the sniper rifle, Ward Abbott is standing next to Landy when they all realize Bourne is watching them from outside their window. The scene then rapidly shifts perspective multiple times and in one of those shifts, we quickly see Ward Abbott completely on the other side of the room now standing behind Danny Zorn. Abbot is very quick to get out of the line of fire and behind cover.
