(at around 24 mins) The Maid shows the Butler a note that she can't read English. Later (at around 51 mins), she writes that "The Butler is dead." If she can't read English, it would be almost impossible to write English. Also, she was deaf and mute and never left the kitchen, so she shouldn't have known there were other people in the house to write a note to inform them. However, the maid is actually the Butler and Lionel Twain rolled into one.
