After Smee introduces Captain Hook for his appearance on the ship (to make his speech to his fellow pirates), as he emerges from the door he leaves it wide open behind him. But as the scene continues and Hook is talking, pacing back and forth, etc., how wide open the door is keep changing (from wide open, half shut or practically closed).
