(at around 23 mins) Hoskins' watch clearly shows about 10 minutes until 2 pm (you can see the big hand is pointing between 10 & 12) during a conversation with Owen outside the Velociraptors's cages. After the incident his watch shows a couple minutes until 1:00 pm.
