There is no logical way that The Riddler could keep vastly changing his hair (cut/ color/ style) and flamboyant outfits the way he does, in such a hurried manner. The final showdown with Batman is certainly the biggest offender. However, this is a common cliche in superhero movies, allowed by artistic license.
