About 55 minutes, Jacob King has followed Paul Wentworth to "Squeeze" money out of Preston, & also to get money to have Jacob killed. After getting the "kill money", he calls the guys Leary referred him to "take care of" Jacob, who are "dirty" cops. When he calls them, he tells them Lrary told him to call. However, the most he could give them was Jacob's name and a rough description of the car, as he went by the car too quickly to get the license plate number. The 2 cops find Jacob while he is driving the car back to his motel. So, how did they find him? There is no way they could do so; especially since he doesn't know where Jacob lives. This is clearly a mistake.
