When the children who are still in comas walk outside to summon Dormammu, there are nearly one hundred children shown on screen at one time, several times more than what was seen in the coma ward at the hospital. While it is possible that they are coming from different hospitals, such a large number of children in comas would have been national news, and definitely something that the brilliant doctor would have already been aware of.
