When Bond fights Jaws on Atlantis, his Walter PPK pistol runs out of ammunition, he reloads it and fires again. Some scenes later on, he picks it up and arms it. But in the previous scene he has fired it once after reloading so the pistol is obviously already armed. Besides being totally unnecessary to arm it again, the bullet already in the chamber should be thrown out to the right as a result.
