After Braddock slits Moncado's throat, only a small line of blood appears on his neck. Since his carotid arteries would have been cut, a large pool of blood should have formed (due to heart pumping the blood from the wound until he died).However, the movie would probably not have been able to secure a PG-13 rating had this scene shown the proper amount of blood squirting out the carotids and then flooding the stand where the character was lying dead.
