When the archers fire their arrows at Evil, Evil whips his cape around himself and inflates it to protect him from the fired arrows. He then continues to inflate his cape so the arrows shoot back at the archers. When the arrows are expelled form Evil's cape, they fly back towards the archers backwards (feathered ends first). When we see the archers getting hit with the arrows, they are hit with the arrowhead, not the feathered end. The arrows would have had to turn 180 degrees mid-flight in an extremely short distance while maintaining accuracy. Highly improbable.
