After George and the Man in the Yellow Hat decorate the house, you can see all the decorations on the outside of the house. In the next scene when George is in his bedroom with his camera, an exterior shot of the house is shown and there are no decorations visible. However, in a following scene where pumpkins are being delivered to the house, the decorations are visible again.
