Outside the airport, after bumping his limo with another car, the airbag inflating towards Lloyd's face correctly originates from the center of the steering wheel. In next scene, while he is fighting with it in order to gain access to the airport, it has been replaced by another kind of a balloon, clearly not coming out from the steering wheel.
