A Somali Muslim is shown praying the morning prayer (called Fajr) while the sun is rising. The Fajr prayer is prayed before sunrise and is not allowed to be prayed once the sun is rising (though it can be made up later in the day). This was meant to show that Muslims don't worship the sun.
