As the crew exits the ship the first time, the 2 buggies are backwards heading towards the ramp. When the scene switches just outside the buggies come off facing forwards. However, this isn't true. The buggies both have a front facing "driver" seat, and a rear facing passenger seat. They are actually facing forward when they are being driven off the Prometheus, but the passengers on both buggies is facing backwards.
