When the Klingon Ambassador is calling for the arrest of Kirk, the panel is reviewing footage of the Klingon boarding party entering the Enterprise bridge and then the ship exploding. The footage is the exact same edited scene from Star Trek III: The Search for Spock (1984) showing the ship from different angles inside and outside. Even if the Klingon bird of prey ship presumably recorded the Enterprise, it would only be from the outside and more likely be shown from one angle and distance based on the bird of prey's position. It wouldn't cut to different angles. The Klingon's also wouldn't have access to the footage inside the Enterprise showing the boarding party on the bridge because that would be classified footage, and even Starfleet may not have had that footage unless it was automatically transmitted to them before the ship blew up.
