When The Three Stooges report to the Columbia soundstage for their first picture, they are introduced by producer Jules White to their writers, Felix Adler and Clyde Bruckman, and their director, Del Lord, and told to report at 6:00 a.m. the next day to begin shooting their first short, Woman Haters. "Woman Haters" was written by Jerome S. Gottler, not Adler and Bruckman, and was directed by Archie Gottler, not Del Lord.
