SPOILER: When the Baroness attempts to kill Cruella by burning down her flat, she has realized Cruella and Estella are one in the same.John tells the baroness that he didn't kill her "only child" in response to the baroness questioning why he didn't take care of it.At the end of the movie, Estelle reveals to an unknowing Baroness she is her daughter.The error is in that it seems the the Baroness knew Estella/Cruella was her daughter yet was surprised at the end. Otherwise why would she know to bring up to John that he didn't take care of it?
