(at around 1h 4 mins) In the first T-rex attack where Tim is trapped in the car and Grant and Lex are crouched next the car, with the T-rex sniffing them, then pushing the car around, you can clearly see Grant and Lex's position alongside the car change when the camera shot changes. In one shot they are alongside the front door, in another alongside the tire, in another they are alongside the rear bumper, all before having to actually move because the car is pushing them.
