The Evergreen 747 the terrorists escape on is strictly a cargo 747. There are only a limited number of passenger seats in the top part of the aircraft. Also the door over the wing is welded shut, there is only one operational 'passenger' door and that is at the front of the aircraft. All other doors are welded shut and all windows are painted over.
