Obviously this would not be shown in the movie but towards the end when Dr. Kalarjian is giving Kimberly life saving treatment via a AED (Automatic Electronic Defibrillator) in the hospital, Kimberly's bra was still on her. When someone is receiving AED treatment, absolutely no metal can be on the victim... including metal in bras.
