In the 7th season Lady Tremaine/Victoria Belfry is said to be Jacinda/Cinderellas step mother. However the way that they explain the relationship makes it so that they were not related at all. Lady Traimaine is the mother of Cinderellas step sisters ,but is just the wife of the man that raised Cinderella, not her step mother.
