After being chased by the Timekeeper in the final scene, there was a shot showing that Will had about an hour and 6 minutes left. Before the chase down began, there was a shot showing that the Timekeeper had 44 minutes and 28 seconds left. Yet after the Timekeeper tracks Sylvia and Will down, the Timekeeper dies only a few seconds before Will and Sylvia should have, although he had considerably less time on his hand (ba dum tss). He couldn't have taken his per diem, because Will took it afterwards. There is also no scene showing Will gifting his time to another person/Sylvia.
